When I joined Trepli I started to create a process for the collaboration between design, business and development. Creating a common backlog where we had a weekly walkthrough of whats been done, whats going on and upcoming things, always kept in a prioritized order. Trepli needed a complete audit of the web and after that we started to add things to the backlog. I was in charge of design and conceptualizaton for the web and logged in experience of Trepli bringing in expertise withinin branding to lift their whole experience.

Trepli started as an app but has moved their services to the web. During the audit I saw that we needed some UX improvements on the web structure resulting in an easier way to connect ads and their applicants.
As a follow up on the improvements on UX and UI standards I brought in a specialist on brand and UI, trying to give the brand that extra omph!
