Our first task was to create a responsive framework & navigation that could work for all the existing content. We had to take into consideration that some content and pages would be rebuilt and some would stay as it was.
We then focused on the different sections of My Pages, splitting them between us and sharing design libraries to stay in sync.
During the whole process we did user tests on our prototypes. These were conducted in different parts of Sweden to not lose sight of Länsförsäkringar’s broad customer base.
The project is still going with new sections being added. The response and activity from the users has been very positive, with increasing usage and a higher degree of customer satisfaction.
